ISLAMABAD: Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan on Saturday termed Indian allegations on Pakistan over Pulwama attack as unfounded, ARY News reported.

“It is a new trick of the Indian government that whenever Kashmir conflict is highlighted at an international forum the Modi government adopts such tactics,” Raja Farooq Haider said while talking to ARY News.

He said the Modi government could do anything to win elections in India. The present Indian regime comprised of fanatics and they were very dangerous, he said.

“It is not just Muslims who are victim of their oppression, Sikhs, Dalits and Christians are no different,” he said.

The AJK prime minister said Pakistan should be ready as India will try to violate ceasefire agreement after Pulwama attack allegations.

On February 14, at least 18 Indian soldiers were killed and more than 20 injured in a bomb attack on a paramilitary convoy in India-occupied Kashmir.

According to reports, one of the vehicles carrying soldiers was completely destroyed in the attack, while five other cars in the convoy of Indian forces were badly damaged.

Pakistan on Friday summoned India’s Deputy High Commissioner Gaurav Ahluwalia and lodged a strong protest over allegations by India linking Thursday’s blast in held Kashmir to Islamabad.

The Foreign Office had summoned the Indian diplomat and handed him a protest note, stating that India leveled unfounded allegations against Pakistan without carrying out a probe into the blast in Pulwama district that claimed the lives of over 45 security personnel.
