ISLAMABAD: After Asad Umar, Ghulam Sarwar Khan on Friday also refused to take alternate ministry after major reshuffling in the federal cabinet, ARY News reported.
As per details, the erstwhile minister for petroleum Ghulam Sarwar Khan was given ministry of Aviation, but he denied amusing charge of it, citing sources said.
“Khan is not happy after being removed from petroleum ministry”, the sources said.
Yesterday, Sarwar also showed his reservation and refused to take any other ministry and threatened to leave the party, if Petroleum ministry was taken back from him.
It may be recalled that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA Asad Umar on Thursday had announced hat he is stepping down from his post as finance minister.
Federal cabinet on Thursday saw a major reshuffle with the resignation of Asad Umar as finance minister and appointment of noted economist Hafeez Shaikh as Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance.

Minister of State for Interior Shaheryar Afridi has been made Minister of States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON).
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry was given the Science and Technology portfolio which had been without a minister since December last year after Azam Khan Swati’s resignation.
Ms Firdous Aashiq Awan is set to replace Fawad Chaudhry but as a Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting as she is not a parliamentarian.
