ISLAMABAD: A fire broke out in a multi-storey building, which houses the Press Information Department (PID), in Islamabad on Wednesday, ARY News reported.
According to details, a snorkel and four fire tenders have reached the site to extinguish the fire. The people trapped inside the building are being rescued with the help of the snorkel.
Television footage shows thick plumes of smoke rising from the building.
