VIDEO: This Peshawar school teacher welcomes students in a heart-warming manner

PESHAWAR: In a rare sight of school children being received at their alma mater such warmly, a teacher at a government school in Peshawar was filmed welcoming pupils in the most heart-warming manner.

Shot at the Shaheed Mubeen Shah Afridi, Government School in Peshawar Cantt, the video shows students entering the school premises with a teacher at the gate giving a celebratory welcome to them.

The video is shared by a Twitter user and earning a lot of appreciation from the users.

A number of students enter the school apparently ready to be welcomed in this incredible manner. The name of the teacher, however, is not known.

The government school was named after an APS martyr, Mubeen Shah, in 2015. Around 106 schools were named after schoolchildren who had lost their lives in the APS attack in 2014. This school was one of them.
