ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Tuesday held a telephonic conversation with his British counterpart Jeremy Hunt.
According to Foreign Office spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal, bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest came under discussion.
Besides, they also discussed cooperation in mutual legal assistance, prisoners’ exchange between the two countries and regional security.
In a tweeter statement, Dr Muhammad Faisal said, “FM Shah Mahmood Qureshi held a telephonic conversation with Secretary of State for Foreign and #Commonwealth Affairs Jeremy Hunt. B/l and regional issues of interest discussed. Cooperation in ML, prisoner exchange, security and CT discussed among b/l trade and economy.”
