ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Tuesday said that Pakistan is a peace loving country and desires for peace and harmony in the region, ARY News reported.
He was talking to Pakistan High Commissioner to India Sohail Muhammad in Islamabad today, to discuss the situation in the wake of Pulwama attack.
“Islamabad is analyzing the situation closely, Indian blame game will not serve anyone,” Qureshi said.
The foreign minister said he has penned a letter to the United Nations (UN)’s Secretary General Antonio Guterres to apprise him about the blame game of India into the matter.
It may be recalled that Mr Sohail Mehmood was called back to Pakistan yesterday by the Foreign Office for a detailed consultation after the Pulwama Attack.

On 14 February 2019, a convoy of vehicles carrying security personnel on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway was attacked by a vehicle-borne suicide bomber at Lethpora in the Pulwama district of India-Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The attack resulted in the death of more than 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel and the attacker.
Indian media and politicians have since been blaming Pakistan for the attack without any evidence.
